DynaTen’s Uniform Policy

Option 1:  Warehouse and Field personnel will receive their choice of the following selections up to a total of $150.00.  T-shirts, Denim Shirts, Hooded Sweatshirts, Carhartt Short Sleeve Shirts and or Port Authority Polo Shirts.

Option 2:  Superintendents and Office personnel will receive their choice of the following up to a total of $60.00.  T-shirts, Denim Shirts, Hooded Sweatshirt, Carhartt Short Sleeve Shirts and or Port Authority Polo or Twill Shirts.

Option 3:  No apparel is selected, but instead a $150.00 boot voucher is.  This is for "Work Wear Safety Boots.  (Boots need to be all leather with a defined heel.) (Safety or Soft Toe is allowed.)

Order Processing

Any additional purchases in excess of these limits are the sole responsibility of the associate and will be Payroll Deducted using the form provided on the home page.  This form will need to be emailed to timecards@dynaten.com.
